The SPARTUS BEAR is a universal protective helmet suitable for grinding, cutting, and welding applications. While its standard configuration is intended for grinding tasks, it can be easily adapted to other processes thanks to interchangeable shields. Its specially designed structure allows the user to work safely in various environments while maintaining full functionality and comfort.

Its lightweight construction and ergonomic design, combined with adjustable headgear, ensure comfort even during extended use. The SPARTUS BEAR is designed to allow full freedom of movement without restricting the user, making it ideal for dynamic work conditions.
Effective protection and durable materials
All protective components are made of high-temperature-resistant polycarbonate, providing effective protection for the face and eyes against spatter and radiation. The shields are available in several versions—fixed (DIN 1, 2, 3, 5) and flip-up (DIN 5, 8)—allowing the helmet to be adapted to specific tasks. The SPARTUS BEAR helmet, in its standard version, is intended for grinding applications. Its functionality can be extended to cutting and/or welding by replacing the fixed shield and installing a flip-up shield, which attaches to the helmet using a dedicated connector (080-10-040-K).
